Peyman Fayyaz was born in Sari, Iran and received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2015 from Iran University of Science and Technology. He is currently a M.Sc. student in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Micro and Nano Electronic Devices in Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran polytechnic), Tehran, Iran. His thesis focuses on Developing a stretchable dry electrode based on polymer materials with high comfortability to human body for biopotential monitoring. He is a member of Micro Bio Technology Lab (MBTechLab) with research activities on design, fabrication, and characterization of stretchable electronic systems, mainly for biomedical applications.
His technical interests and expertise are particular in physics and fabrication of MEMS/NEMS and semiconductor devices, with a special interest for modeling, design, fabrication, and characterization of stretchable and flexible electronics, wearable biosensors, and BioMEMS devices.
