I am currently an assistant professor in EE at AUT. My research experience includes the fabrication of rigid/flexible microfluidic systems as well as flexible/stretchable electronics. Our microfluidics line of work is mainly targeted towards fabrication of micro bio sensors and lab-on-chip. We are almost the pioneer in the field of paper-based microfluidics in Iran. Our team is also pursuing the wearable electronics technology by doing research in stretchable / flexible bio-potential electrodes. We are currently developing flexible electrodes for EEG, ECG, EMG.

I also have great passion in computer / hardware programming, currently lecturing programming courses in EE.
